I thought this verse was perfect timing in my devotional as I begin to heal my belly and PCOS by eating more paleo lifestyle. It hasnt been easy this week as I learn how to change my habits but I can already attest my belly hasnt felt this great in I cant tell you how long. Full week without dairy, peanuts, and gluten...
