I told you how excited I get when she says new words and today was no exception. But she had another surprise for me. When I came in she had a watch on and I asked her what time it was, she looked down at it and with out missing a beat said 8 oclock! I have to admit I was not expecting that as an answer. I was so surprised by it, it is those unexpected responses that continue to give me hope that she well have all of her speech back. She still has a cough but it is not to bad, they have been giving her something for that, and her back is slowly getting better, she does not complain about it as much. All in all a good day, I just hope it cools off soon so we can take her outside and get a little sun. So all in all today was a good day.
