I turned 42 on Tuesday. As a way to make my 43rd year better than those previous, Im trying to do something exercisey every day. (I kinda fell off that bandwagon a few months ago.) So far, so good. T: cardio/weights W: a butt-kicker yoga class Th: kids running club and pool Today, if I can manage it, Im heading back for a 2nd yoga class. The teacher on Wed is reportedly more challenging than others, so hopefully I wont be limping around tomorrow as I was yesterday. I was dripping sweat during that class; it truly was challenging. I didnt know yoga could do that! Ive also dropped coffee for green tea in part for the increase in metabolism and am hoping to tone my arms/back and belly which are getting kinda flabby. But, really, I just want to know that Im doing what I can to preserve this body of mine. Do you have a fitness goal youre working on?
