I turned down a big opportunity today, not because it was too challenging, but because it didnt feel right for the direction that I find myself heading. Saying no is hard as it brings up the what ifs, but it is absolutely necessary for us to listen to the voice of our soul. It knows what is best for us long before we do. That gut feeling that creeps up is exactly what Im talking about. Life circumstances change, we change. We have to be able to adapt and reassess what fits best for us now. Dont get caught up in obligation when you have to sacrifice your souls energy. What good does that do? When we start turning down the things that do NOT fit, we align ourself with the things that do. And just like that, we find ourselves walking a path that is more true for us. What do you need to say no to today?
