I understand that some members of training group dont mind to get wet and will ride in any conditions. Due to riders safety and Champion Bicycles insurance policy we cant supervise those rides. From now on I am not going to post any cancellations due to bad weather, simply I am not going to be there and those rides become unsupervised. Champion Bicycles is release from all liability, recourse, proceedings, claims, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, in respect of all damages, personal injuries, death, or property losses (“Loss” or “Losses”) which may suffer arising out preparation for or participation in unsupervised events.
