I usually dont make post like these 1. because I dont get bothered by crossfit haters and 2. its usually a waste of time but This is very sad...the core of this is not to bash crossfit, but let me complain and discourage others from achieving goals they may have. Illpumpyouup?!?!?! More like Ill complain make excuses because Im a 230lbs and dont like to do things that are difficult for me. On average Im between 215-220 lbs. No thats not 230 but I started as a big boy @ 275. And yea being heavier makes it harder, but thats why you get stronger! Not complain about how you have a disadvantage and something is harder for you. Because the advantages you have are the disadvantages of someone else. If your a true fitness professional you should never say you cant do it... fitness is about reaching the unknown. Doing things that you yourself never thought possible, but through encouragement, training by others, and your hard work was made possible. Be encouraging, use your strengths to help others with their weaknesses. Dont be a negative Nancy and keep everyone weaker than they could be. Train your fitness instead of complaining about the lack of fitness you have. Keep training your fitness and keep striving to do and be those things the nah sayers tell you are impossible
