I want to loose 15 lbs. Looking for anyone who wants to join me so just cheer for me!! Started things off good. breakfast was potato 2 eggs and red peppers and onions. Took abbie on a 3 mile run. snack a slice of cheese lunch was assume made a steak sandwich 1/2 roll onions peppers zuccies with mayo and steak sauce and a salad. I will add something each day that I want to do to get to my goal. Putting this out for all to see, only kick me in the buts, please. No it ok I cheat to. I know I am too busy in the summer and put myself last, what is new all of us do that, only way to change that is do it! I eat a yogurt at 3:30 each day that keeps me from eating go wild. No eating after 7:30pm that is plenty to start with today
