I want to share my story. Not because I believe all of your business should be broadcast in this world of social media but I want someone to know that prayer works, and that we serve an amazing GOD. A God who heals and one who always supercede our expectation. My journey started about a year ago. I had continuous pain in my legs from my thighs down. The pain always felt like flu symptoms dull and aching pain. My legs at times could barley move and it created difficulty in my walking. Many people didnt know I was in constant pain because I only complained with my inside voice and those who were close around me. However, I must add that whenever, I had a to preach or sing God always gave me the strength to endure. After, be misdiagnosed with lupus, I knew that wasnt it. My PCM decided to have an MRI done on my neck. Afterwards, I was seen by a neurosurgeon. I found out that I had a bone spur cutting into my spine and affecting my C4,C5,C6. Doctors then said, its not a matter if you will be paralyzed but when, if I didnt have the surgery. I had surgery Nov 5th. My doctor old my family that my bone spur was so bigger than he thought and he couldnt even see my spinal chord. As he continue to chip away the spur he finally saw my spinal chords. He said all of a sudden the spinal chord popped back into its original position. He did not expect this to happen. Although, the doc warned me that he could not reverse the damaged that was already done to my spinal chords. His purpose for doing the surgery was to prevent me from being paralyzed. I am grateful to my amazing God, because I was told that I could be hoarse for several months. But, I was talking as soon as I taken to my room. I am grateful, because although, I wobble when I walk. I know my complete healing is on the way. I am grateful, because I have the best and greatest support team a person could ever have. My awesome husband Brian K. Robinson who was right by my side day and night. My beautiful mother Apostle Debra E Gause who was attentive to every need that I had and cooked me some awesome meals. Although, my children didnt fully understand but they did there very best to take care of mommy. My wonderful Pastor, Deborah Phillips-Nichols who was there without complaint. My sister Yvonne Eldridge who was very patient with me. I am grateful for my daughters God mother who was my childrens caretake Ma Eugenia Nathaniel. And I am grateful for you too many to name. All the calls, texts, ballons, and flowers, and mostly the prayers and special thanks to my South African family who went before God on my behalf. I love you, all. Continue to pray for my complete healing in Jesus name.
