I want to start training really hard I been running 2 - 4ml a day I do 200 sit up a day I have a steep hill in the back yard of my house and I run up that 4 times that gets my heart rate going I like that I got 10 lb weights that use every day I do Strength exercising i got a stepper and i do 100 of them a day i just want to try something new i need a trainer that that almost kills me i have lost 25 in a month but i want to keep going if i cant do something i sure in hell will try
