YOU are not weak because you asked or received. 2. This is not Burger King. Dont be a narcissist. You cant have things your way right away. There are points given by fellow members that can really help. Do them. 3. Keep an evidence trail and always print copies. Get a 4 binder and a three ring hole punch to keep things consolidated and organized. 4. Reduce everything to writing. Send copies of evidence complaints and concerns to your regional. CC your VISN Director along with The Under Secretary and OIG. Send copies to them. You arent going to make a dent unless you do these things. Just remember one person filing a complaint is one person. Many persons filing complaints is more often the ones that get reviewed.
