I want to thank everyone for their kind thoughts here re: my angioplasty. You are truly great friends and your words are certainly appreciated. The Doctors tried but the artery was just too lined with plaque and they couldnt open it. So no stent and I will just have to carry on as I was. This is a real nuisance but it is not life threatening in any way. Somewhere in the future they will do a bypass rather than a stent but that will be a few years off. They will not perform that surgery until there is some danger of other complications. So for now I will just have to endure the discomfort while doing physical things. There are certainly worse things in life that many of you have experienced and endure daily. So Im disappointed but not devastated. Gee and I was hoping to get back to playing hockey and lacrosse and maybe get drafted by the sad sack Leafs next year, hahaha!
