I use Face Book similar to a blog in that I write short articles about one of the Four Pillars of Personal HorsePower: 1) Leadership 2) Communications 3) Mentoring 4) Followership. I use horses to demonstrate important Leadership concepts. Why horses? Because we have so much in common with them: - We both have Leaders and Followers - We have a similar communications system - Eye contact and body language is important to us - We’re both very social and most strikingly - We’re both left and right-brained and the lefts and rights match up perfectly.
