I wanted to be connected to KPLC so I went to nyeri Diana centre for quotations.since the nearest transformer to my place is about a kilometre,they gave me an astronomical figure and I gave up.a month later a man called me and told me that my quotation may be reviewed.I just need to buy "nyama" for him and his "mkubwa".they needed only 6k and bingo!my quotation would be 34900.down from 450k.I accepted mara that and sent them 6k via mpesa.the following monday I went to diana centre to follow up the matter and ALAS!the number was mteja.three days later I tried the number and it went on ringing with no one picking.am asking,do we have conmen at kplc nyeri diana centre?
