I wanted to take Lillyana to the big pumpkin patch at Boone Hall today, but I found out that theres a corn maze, a playground, hayrides, and a whole bunch of other stuff that would make her go totally insane! Waaaayyy too much for a 2 1/2 yr old. I could envision her screaming and yelling, misbehaving, and after much thought... I decided next year would be better and that we would just carve pumpkins here that we got from a local place. I feel a little bad about deciding not to take her to the big place, but isnt this part of parenting? Deciding what your kids can and cannot handle yet?
