I was just browsing the Nieman Lab site and ran across this from December, a very, very arrogant piece by Evan Smith. One of the things it says is transparency is the name of the game, but the Tribune has yet to update its donor pages to include those $15,000 donors from 2011 and 2012, much less the missing donors from their 2012 IRS 990b. Native advertising is nothing more than those snake-oil ads that newspapers were finally drubbed into putting an advertisement label on. niemanlab.org/2013/12/chill-self-appointed-integrity-cops/
