I was just messing around in the lab again and THIS happened... Pan-Seared Catfish and Kale w/ a Green Sauce. I didnt know what else to call it but Green. And normally I wouldnt put that much sauce on the plate, but I made a good sized batch and didnt want to waste all of that vibrant greenness. I pureed cilantro, parsley, green onion, spices, and shrimp stock. I think I added a couple of other things, but I cant remember. Anyway, it was really delicious...and the leftovers were even better...BON APPÉTIT!
