I was talking about this phenomenon in class the other day. We came up with a bunch of Qigong exercises that are good for taking breaks from sitting -- exercises that dont look to strange when done in public, but make you feel good very quickly. Here are some of the exercises that we came up with: Lifting the Sky, Three Levels to Earth, Drumming Kidneys, Touching Toes, General Surveys Troops, Luohan Drawing Sword, Twisting Snake Arms. Do you have any Qigong or Tai Chi exercises that you like use to help you take a break from sitting?
