I was talking about this with some neighbors last night, and brought up that popular ideas were pop up swimming pools (€8 million) and walls of vegetation. While those are lots of fun, one suggested setting to co-working areas around the city, where young people and entrepreneurs could share a work environment. Another suggested senior care facilities, since its hard to find affordable senior housing for people no longer able to live on their own. (And I still think those cigarette butt recycling containers are a good idea.) But I think the idea of co-working offices is great (and not places where young people can hang around and drink Coca Lite and smoke all day, but actually accomplish something useful), since its going to be the young people that will decide the direction of France - so why not support them?
