I was up at 0200 hours this morning addressing Reza Asians book, The Zealot. This book was recommended by one of my Facebook friends after I had made the remark about someone proving that Jesus Christ existed. This book was recommended for whatever reason. With travel over the holidays and getting ready for Tet (Chinese New Year), it took 31 days to respond to my FB friend. Given that I had amassed notes of Critics Review of the book doing my over 30 hours of flying and layover, it shouldnt have taken that long to write a brief response. It took that long because I practice being diplomatic about Politics and Religion. In Politics I have long found that civility sometimes doesnt faze the ignorant Politician and calling a Spade a Spade does. And that is where I stand today when confronting the ignorance of so-called Religious Leaders and their Practitioners. People shouldnt leave their brains at the Church door in order to swallow the nonsense of Superstition and Myths. There is no God or Jesus Christ and I dont have to prove a negative. Long ago God became the victim of Faith (as the Mustard Seed), and there is no first-hand evidence that Jesus Christ ever existed. Its all smoke and mirrors to control peoples behavior. What an indictment of our culture to pay people to spout this ignorance and to incite racism by claiming the Myth as White. Further, there are Religious leaders that claim the ethnicity of Jesus Christ as Jewish when Jews themselves do not accept this thinking. If the great thinkers of Ancient Civilizations can argue and debate this subject, why are modern civilizations so reluctant? So today Im issuing a warning that I will no longer accept the ignorant utterances of Religious Leaders or their Practitioners. They made have a Fairyland waiting after their death, but on this Earth they have to contend with logic and reason. Mr President, enough with God blessing America!
