I will be spending the next few days away from the office - resting, getting in some physical activity, spending time with one of my sons and a couple of brothers from the church. I am thankful for these men - as they seek out ways to help keep me rested - keep me strong - keep me a little distracted. My other son will be preaching in my absence. Dont worry, if you attend New Life Church youll be fed, youll be encouraged, youll be challenged. My wife will look forward to seeing you there. I do ask for your prayers, that everything on my end will cooperate. Often, travel and participation in certain activities is difficult for me due to the tumors and my ostomy bag. However, I also ask that you will pray that I will be able to get in some physical activity without much pain, I will be able to be refreshed and get some much needed rest, and that my time with my son and brothers be fun and rewarding (I know it will be). Finally, may my life be a light and clear representation to all who read this of how much I trust my Savior and Master of my life, Jesus Christ. It is my hope and prayer that you will see in me hope - peace - strength - His love. I believe - in faith - that I will/am be/being healed. Thank you family, church family, and friends. To God be the glory. I will return to the office Wednesday, October 29.
