I will never forget one of my preacher friends telling me that Boy, you sang that song from your toenails!!!! When you lived the life I lived, hurt the people I loved the most, destroyed so much,and you find yourself without any hope to go on, and youre reminded; God sent His son, they called Him Jesus. He came to love, heal and forgive. He lived and died, to buy my pardon. An empty grave is there to prove my savior lives. Because He lives, I can face tomorrow. Because He lives, ALL fear is gone . Because I know He holds the future. My life is worth the living just because He lives. I thank God for His forgiveness, His healing, His love, and His power to turn around the life of a broken, messed up man, and give him a hope and a future and a life worth living now. That same Son that paid the ransom for my sins was more than enough to pay for whatever youve done too. So if you feel defeated, afraid, confused, hopeless, dirty, unloved, unworthy, or youre sick and tired of being sick and tired, turn to Jesus, call on His name, turn from your sins,invite Him in your heart to take control of your life, and you can face tomorrow knowing that who the Son sets free is free indeed!!!! Then youll find yourself singing a song from your toenails because of the peace, love , and joy that He brings to your life.
