I woke up today reflecting on this past week. Its been one of the most emotionally demanding weeks I can remember. Over the past week, in different types of contexts, I had the opportunity to share the direction/vision of New City Church. I have great faith that we are both following and joining Jesus...And I trust God has more! On Sunday, God gave us more...Let me tell you what happened yesterday. First, we baptized 3 people. 2 of those were impromptu! We had 11 families choose to dedicate their children to God. We had tons of first time guest (many visiting the families dedicating their children). And b/c of this, for the first time, New City Church had 511 people in attendance! Sunday was packed full of great things. Life is hard...God is faithful. More than anything I hope the people of New City Church continue to move forward together. Have a blessed Monday, Pastor Matt
