I would like to inform all my rescue friends on Facebook that I will not be taking as active a role in rescue over the coming months. I have learned today that my mother is afflicted with Alzheimers disease. This news has greatly affected my family. My mother is 77 and my father is 86, and they have no one else to rely upon. The months ahead will be difficult and my time will be spent helping them through this difficult period. I will miss working with you to save little abandoned souls. I will keep all of you in my thoughts, and hope to find you all in good health and still fighting the good fight when I return.
