Religious people you amaze me...not only you believe in a set of fairy tales that preach NOT to question your very existence, but you seem to think that worlds problems are caused by humanitys lack of faith. No, worlds problems are caused by selfishness, greed and hypocrites! Worlds problems are caused by hunger for power, money and control. I dont care what your religious belief is, I just know our innate desire is to belong and that very desire has been exploited for centuries till this day, mainly by politics and religion. Its funny, you grew out of the Santa Clause fantasy, but somehow still stuck on a garden with a big bad snake and a woman made out of a mans rib. Screw cloning, Id love to see modern science demonstrate that! And somewhere deep inside YOU know that its NOT possible, so you lower your gaze and try REAL hard not to think about it or analyze it, meanwhile constantly curbing and numbing your natural human desire to question. But let me tell you, by curbing one desire you develop a self-destructing behavior called DENIAL. This is how weve become such skilled actors and liars in our daily lives. And so you start to knit pick and tailor verses that are suitable to your everyday needs, yet do not conflict with the information youve received about life thus far, as it will hurt your poor little brain. I came to the conclusion that there are no two people with exactly the same belief. You might think youre bonded by that false sense of belonging, but belief is an external action, therefore is vague and more or less objective. Comprehension, on the other hand, is processed internally and completely relies on lifes experiences and habits youve accumulated over the years, my friend. Ever wonder why people say never talk about religion or politics? Thats because essentially, they are the same thing, they limit by stimulating a follower mentality and for all I care Facebook and Twitter just as well fall within the frames that define religious institutions. The only difference is that with social networking all of us have the ability to become saints and martyrs and feel like gods based on the number of friends and followers we convert. And to be frank, Id rather believe in FB, at least I choose what I like, its not being spoon-fed. Which brings another question, why no one ever wonders why we have so many religions so many choices in the first place if there really is one god???? Why is your religion the right one and theirs isnt? Oh, its the Devils doing, gotcha! 👌 Choosing between religions is like choosing between Louis, Prada, Chanel and Dior - now that is a sin! Truth be told, in every religion Ive found good, good that coincides with my personal set of beliefs with my lifestyles and I know there are many of you like me out there somewhere. But even if not, Im grateful to be alive. I am grateful for the power and freedom of choice instilled in me by my parents. I am grateful for being able to surround, enjoy and see the best in people, yet maintain my sanity and pride that of an individual. I think, therefore I am.
