I would like to say something. My grandmother died a couple years ago, she was as close to me as a mother. I miss her so much everyday and when I see her friends in stores I leave because I start crying. We used to go on vacations, kings island, lake Michigan and frequently went to lake lemon fishing. The best memories I have and I will never get another memory with her. She and my grampa were put in a nursing home and then family sold her house and posessions as soon as the nursing home agreed to house her.her and my grandpa were together approximately 60 yrs. They loved each other like no other until the day she went to heaven. Now guys, for the years she was in the nusing home she only talked to me about my kids, myself, her days and my grandpa. Ya know whT she never mentioned even once and I didnt even mention in this story? Her boat and swimming pool. She would go on and on and on about the dang silly boat, her pool, and so on..... dont let posessions get In the way of what really matters. She knew in the end, she had all she really needed right there staying with her in the nursing home. I can go buy a boat, a nice boat with all the bells and whistles and give it to my grandpa, he would be happy and smile, but never will I see the smile that he had with my grandma. Dont let things that any person with enough money could buy ten of make you who you are, find and keep the one that nobody else has and is irreplaceable and live a truely happy life.
