I would like to take this opportunity to share a little "karma" story....you all remember our previous (very shitty) landlord and his refusal to fix the main floor bathtub for Brianna. Today I found out that his new tenants captured and housed a baby deer in said bathroom!!!! They hit its mother on the road and felt bad so they brought the fawn home and locked it in the bathroom. I feel absolutely terrible for that deer (as it died this morning)......but the fact that he thought WE were horrible tenants and now he is dealing with people like that, is priceless!!!!! We drove by the house and it is trashed. Karma is a wonderful wonderful thing!!!! Treat others as you would like to be treated....seems a simple concept....
