I write to express my personal opinion and concerns in relation to the sudden unintended but unfortunate rise in the general price level of goods and services in Ghana and the consistent depreciation of the Ghana cedi. Inflation from my little research is not only important in economic management but a vital measure in politics! It has determined the fate of governments in elections. Even coup makers have used it as one of the reasons they staged their coup. As a young political analyst, I foresee this challenge as an instrumental tool and a spear against governments stance in the future change over period. It will be imperative and extremely prudence to curb this menace now than later. Ghanas economy is ill. Each and everyone of has a duty in the economic reconstruction process.
