Trust on the other hand is earned by years of proven leadership decisions and abilities!! We need to ask ourselves the same question that is the title of a book I read last year, Why should ANYONE be lead by you?. Get over your ego before you cause more problems than you can fix!! If you really are who you think you are then let Jesus worry about establishing that!!!
