The suit is a challenge by Nigerian citizens, in particular, Patience Nonye Omezie, Kasim Yusuf Suleiman, Okojie Theophilus Arebamen and Godwin Morka over the deaths in various Stadia in Nigeria during the Nigerian Immigration Service recruitment exercise held on April 15, 2014.
