INCIDENT (S) REPORT Today, 10-27-07, Polly told me to “be careful about “Dan [Bernardino “DB”] due to his anger management problems she has experienced in the past & is currently experiencing with him, aiming at me, in part, his anger with facts, rules, partnership & child support duties, & court orders, e.g.. It is clinical sociopath behavior, so I’ve read. At 10:00 P.M. tonight I drove to pick up my cousin Courtney Ball (“CB”) from work at Magic Mountain & heard a pattering from the rear left time as I drove. When I got to Magic I got out of the car, looked at the back left tire & saw a big nail lodged in & bent. I moved it a bit & heard air coming out, then left it in to keep it from leaking. While driving home CB heard the pattering, which I pointed out to her. The pattering stopped shortly thereafter & I deduced that the nail had dislodged itself &, accordingly, the tire was leaking air, going flat quick. Upon arrival at home, the back left tire was dead flat. My back two tires are brand new, just a few weeks old. This is the second flat I have had in the past four weeks or so. I reported the first flat tire incident the wanna be Colonel Dunkel, the second in command with the local, private state militia, but never heard back from him. I’ve also reported multiple instances of Dan Bernardino’s assault & battery on Polly & her kids, as well as his assaulting me plus, to militant Mike over the past couple months. I even provided to him directly some of the open & shut article 3 common law crimes & elements, along with facts, the core of which are verified. Dunkel has done a lot more than just ignore everything. He actually wrote, in a letter, that he condones Mr. D.B.’s DV plus. In that same letter, military Mike also confirmed that he has wholly defected from his Article 3 & 6 supremacy oath & tort duty by unwisely admitting, by parroting, in his rejection C-YA letter, some inferior, void graffiti law he chose to align with called “internal xxx policies” & xxx Nation of California rules. Shifting back, I don’t know for sure (yet) if D.B. drove a nail into my tire or not. Dunkel could have had his son Nick, who was accused of raping my cousin Ashley Palmer (My Pro-File) DO IT, his role in which Mike was demoted for - in title only - so I am informed. Given my past first hand experience with Dunkel (& his team) I know it to be possible in the real word of what I call P-PI logistic scales: A) Possible; B) Probable; OR C) Impossible By Sheriff Mike Dunkel’s ongoing malfeasance in fact, based on first hand experience & a well documented file, I confirm that M. Dunkel in fact harbors, aids, abets & backs domestic violence & a host of blue & white collar crimes, like theft by Juan Alonso & Bert Boeckman, leaving me no desire to communicate with you all whatsoever. In my view, M. Dunkel is beyond a fraud, full court. Apparently people of my stature are unworthy of Mike’s time. Should something additional happen to Polly, the kids or me, in connection with Pinnochio D.B., I shall hold Pinnochio M. Dunkel personally liable. One of my local kin, so you know, is Cookie Schwartz - the founder of Tri-Valley Investigations, a licensed private investigator, No. PI 18825 - a Certified Fraud Specialist.
