INDIA WILL HAVE EARLY LOK SABHA ELECTIONS, WITH SINGLE DAY POLL ON 1 OCT 2013 CONGRESS PARTY FEELS BJP IS NOT READY FOR ELECTIONS NOW & WILL BE READY BY MAY 2014 By: P.R.VIVEK OCTOBER ELECTIONS India is about to have Lok Sabha Elections on 1 October 2013. The Lok Sabha will be Dissolved on or before 15 August 2013. SCHEDULE India was scheduled to have Lok Sabha Elections before 2 June 2014. The Lok Sabha Elections would have taken place in May 2014. OCTOBER GOVT India will have the Single Day Poll in all the 543 Lok Sabha Constituencies on 1 October 2013. The Results will be Counted on 6 October 2013. The New Government will be Sworn-In between 7-10 October 2013. EARLY POLLS The Decision to hold Early Elections, almost 7 Months before Schedule is a Calibrated Decision. The Decision has probably been taken by the Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi in consultation with her Close Associates and Strategists. PERFECT TIMING The Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi has been convinced, that this is the Perfect Timing of the Lok Sabha Elections. BJP UNPREPARED NOW The BJP is divided on the Projection of the Prime Minister Candidate. Narendra Modi will unite the BJP and make it Ready for Elections, by May 2014. Narendra Modi and the BJP will be unprepared for the Lok Sabha Elections in September 2013. It is better to hold the Elections Now, when the BJP is yet to be United and Ready, than hold the Elections in 2014, against the United and Ready BJP. REGIONAL ALLIANCE NOT READY The Regional Parties Opposed to the Congress Party have not formed into an All India Alliance as yet. The Regional Parties will gather under a Strong national Alliance by 2014. It is better to hold the Lok Sabha Elections, NOW, than after the Regional Parties get into an Alliance. CANDIDATES FINALISATION The Congress Party is quickly completing the Process of finalising the Candidates in the 543 Lok Sabha Seats. The Congress Party will be Ready with its Candidates Finalisation by 1 August 2013. CONGRESS ALLIANCE The Congress Party will contest all the 543 Lok Sabha Seats in Alliance with the Present and the New Allies. The Congress Party Allies will be: STATE SEATS ALLY Tamilnadu 39 DMK Kerala 20 Muslim League & Kerala Cong Maharashtra 48 NCP Jharkhand 14 JMM Bihar 40 JD (U) West Bengal 42 Communists Assam 14 Bodo & UDF. Jammu & Kashmir 6 JKNC Uttar Pradesh 80 BSP & Lok Dal VOTE WOOING MEASURES The Congress Party will get the Manmohan Government to announce a Series of Populist Measures, to appease Voters of various Categories, over the next One Month. The Focus of “Votes Wooing Announcements” by the Government will be on Poor, Weaker Sections, Minorities, Farmers, Youth, Women. RAHUL AS PRIME MINISTER CANDIDATE The Congress Party Vice-President Rahul Gandhi will be projected as the Prime Minister Candidate of the Congress Party, in the September 2013 Lok Sabha Elections Campaign. Rahul will contest from Amethi Lok Sabha Constituency in Uttar Pradesh. 150 EACH The Congress Party President Sonia Gandhi Expects No Party to get a Majority in the October 2013 Lok Sabha Elections. Sonia Gandhi expects that both the Congress Party and the BJP will win about 140-150 MPs Each in the 543 MPs Lok Sabha, if the Elections are held by October 2013. 272 IMPOSSIBLE FOR BJP ALLIANCE Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her associates are confident that the BJP will not be able to cobble the 272 MPs required to form the Government, if the Lok Sabha Elections are held by October 2013. This is because most Regional Parties will Not want to join the Government led by the BJP. CONG COALITION GOVT The Congress Party can then try to create the NON-BJP Coalition Government. The Congress Party can then Forge a new Coalition Government with Post-Poll Allies, if the Regional Bosses agree to join the Congress Party led Government. The Congress Party can otherwise, install a Coalition Government of Regional Parties, with Congress Party participating in the Government, with all the lucrative Portfolios. BJP SELF DEFEAT Atal Bihari Vajpayee held Early Lok Sabha Elections in 2004 on the advice of Pramod Mahajan. Vajpayee Lost the Government in MAY, which he would have won in OCTOBER. FINISHLINE Will Sonia Gandhi succeed in getting the Congress Party to defeat the BJP, if the Lok Sabha Elections are held on 1 October 2013?
