INDIANS CHEATED AND HARASSED IN XALWO KISMAYO (HUMAN TRAFFICKING) August 12, 2014 at 1:48pm TOORNADA QORISTA &FARSAMAYNTA MATOORADA EE XALWO KISMAYO is a company in village Xalwo Kismaayo in somalia. they recruited our indian men from various states for engineering works. They showed discrimination towards our people there. the people were cheated and made to sign on a two years bond to work for small salaries of $500 USD .they promised for increment after 3month of joining. But they are working for the same $500USD from one and half years. They took the passports and forcing our people for bonded labour. Salaries were not given properly in right time. The reasons for me to post this message: 1. No medical facilities are provided there.the commonly attacked diseases like yellow fever which can kill human in 3days. 2. Many people from somalia settled and studying in our country.We provided them many facilities and security to them but our indians were harassed and no care is given to our people there.when our people comes out of their homes in the evening...they question us and they attack our people with guns and they throw stones at our indians. 3.we never threw stones or complained about them in India. The government will not respond to the complaints of our people. 4. If any thing goes wrong the burden will be on the heads of our people.All the equipment used in the company are china and pakistan machinery.They do not work properly and the repairs for the machinery are made from the salaries of our people. 5. No security for our people in that village. The red sea area where the people live in 4kms range .the climate will be horrible and no drinking water available. 6.According to the contract the return flight charges are to be provided by the company.now the situation is completely opposite. our people are saving their salaries from 6months without eating food to escape that hell. 7. Indian embassy is not strong in that countries. 8. The terrorist groups are targeting our indians .
