Yesterday, in conjunction with our clients legal team, we succeeded in having a Section 160 Injunction thrown out of the High Court. We provided very detailed Compliance documents in reply to Grounding Affidavits from objectors which enabled our clients to illustrate clearly and concisely that they were in total compliance with all planning conditions pertaining to their development.
