INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Administration Associate- We need a results-oriented candidate to run our office operations. Our priority is to get a person who is ready to learn and can work independently to deliver on set targets. We expect the candidate to have self-discipline since we would not want to engage any element of supervision or inspection. Duties and Responsibilities • General Office Management • Coordination of all corporate meetings • Assisting the directors in their work duties • Managing the reception desk and other support duties • Answering calls and transferring to extensions • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to staff • Answering client inquiries about the company and its products and service • Managing the financial records • Receiving and directing clients to the contact persons • Keep and retrieve files • Respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • Minimum of a Second Year of Study in a reputable University • Minimum of CPA Section II • Any previous experience in an extremely busy office handling several duties would be an added advantage • Very Mature and presentable individual • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Ability to handle high end clients • Ability to coordinate and sit in corporate meetings • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook • Proficiency in accounting packages will be an added advantage. • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent command of English & Kiswahili WORKING HOURS 9:00AM -4:00PM INTERNSHIP PERIOD Three Months beginning on 1stMay 2014 OPERATIONS COORDINATOR- We need someone to assist in running activations of our clients as well as engage our clients, partners, and customers via the social media platform. The candidate needs to be creative and with an outgoing personality. We are looking forward to invest our time and resources in developing a corporate magnate who can handle offline, online, in-office and out-of-office engagements. This will involve a lot of travelling as well. Duties and Responsibilities • Handling directly all the company’s communication via the social media platforms including websites • In liaison with the PR manager ensure that the company receives maximum exposure. • Handling offline activations and company engagements for the clients • Handling the publicity of the company through photography and videography when required. • Managing and coordinating corporate meetings when needed • Organizing and coordinating events • Running content on our social media platforms and managing clients social media relations. Qualifications and Skills • Excellent Public Speaking skills • Passion for Social Media coupled with knowledge and experience. • Very Mature and presentable individual • Excellent command of English & Kiswahili • Ability to work under pressure and multi task effectively. • The candidate MUST be willing to travel a lot. • Must possess a phone, laptop, tablet or devise with internet connectivity.
