ISIS belongs to lowest creed of people and the most dispossessed and therefore instead of being rehabilitated these people were used and abused to promote the purpose they were victims of. They were used to sack and loot and kill and they will do anything they are told to do for they so dearly want to belong even if it were to the cause of their misfortune. These disfavored people are everywhere and they have become a perfect expression of the World Order .The problem is not in the fact that they exist, but in the fact that they have been abused and given power to abuse and money and authority including religious and spiritual authority over others . You bring a convict or a delinquent - that is socially and religiously alienated - and you enroll him , empower him and give him authority over others. This is a disaster in itself that you have created.
