ISRAEL CONTROLS THE UNITED STATES. By removing Morsi the Egyptian army gained instant political credibility and pleased both Israel and America. Nobody in Egypt has the power or authority to hold the army accountable and nobody outside of Egypt has the desire to hold the army accountable. No matter how you spin it, the army cannot arrest the elected leader and appoint some guy of their own choice and still call that nation a democracy. It is as far from democracy as you can get. When bad things happen to Arab nations, does anyone really care? Bush spent a trillion dollars to kill a hundred thousand Iraqis and five thousand Americans, all based on the false premise that Iraq had WMD. His blundering had only the support of Israel but this was enough to keep him out of trouble. Now he has become an elder statesman and the massive stain on his record has disappeared. What a sickening world we have.
