Id like to remind all pro-lagos state education team that almost or if not all Lasuites are not the sons and daughters of aliko dangote, wale adenuga, wale tinubu, jimoh ibrahim, femi otedola, jim ovia, michael adeojo, obat oil, deji adeleke, folorunsho alakija, . They are sons and daughters of craftsmen, artisans,traders, mechanic, teachers, cobblers, and so on. Id like to also inform the lagos state government that these people and when i say these people, am not talking about people who live in comfort, the conservative elements of the nation, who welcome any dictatorship regime. Am talking about the sons of maize sellers, the daughters of pepper sellers, the hawkers of gala, the sons of mechanics, the daughters of tailors, the sons of vendors, the daughters of food sellers, the orphans on the streets and so on. Whom some of us played together, grew together and shared dreams together. They also want a better future like bill gates, aliko dangote, oprah winfrey, goodluck jonathan. But how can that happen when the society and the government that is meant to protect, preserve and defend who they are and their aspirations are the ones using their policy to limit their pursuit of liberty,dreams and happiness. We know some of the lasuites and the ones we dont know, we know their struggles. When we speak of struggle and we mention the people we mean the vast unredeemed masses, those to whom everyone makes promises and who are decieved by all, we mean the people who yearn for better, more dignified and more just nation who are moved by ancestral aspirations for justice for they have suffered injustice and mockery generation after generation. Id like to say once more that these hardworking and self-sustaining students with dreams of becoming great lawyers ,scientists and so on deserves a better chance, opportunity and a fair shot. I want to believe some of you in the lagos state govt were once hustlers like them. To all lasuites, i salute your courage and unquenchable spirit, idea, conscience tied in a garment of destiny even though your stories are singular. I wish you well comrades
