Id love to post a picture of my mom and me but unfortunately she would clean my clock if I did. She cant stand to have her picture taken and so as a result I have very little pictures of her. So I will just have to use my words. My mom is the most unselfish and giving person I have ever known. She is the most creative mom and grandma in the world often making up silly games or scavenger hunts for her kids and grandkids. She has an incredible work ethic and has not missed a day of work in decades except for scheduled surgeries. And even though she is in her 80s, she still works full-time in food service at a hospital. {now she will probably kill me for letting people know she is in her 80s since she barely looks like she is 60!} She was a lunch lady when I was in elementary school and when she runs into former students the recognize her immediately even though they havent seen her for forty years. She is a fabulous cook and is famous for making many dishes. My favorite is chicken and dumplings :-) So, a shout out to my wonderful mom, Margaret P. I love you!
