Ideal situation - Teachers are assessed based on student performance during observations, data etc. Reality - Teachers being assessed based on how many files of documentation (paperwork) they present. Oh also on how many notes are taken during a meeting. Plus lots of other nonsense. No documentation and notes = nothing done. There you go. Ive just spent one year out of a nice office doing well, nothing.
