If Anheuser-Busch lobbyists succeed in pushing through the legislation that harms local breweries, the logical response is that all local bars should just stop carrying Anheuser-Busch products. The mere threat would probably be enough to make them back down--but I doubt the community could muster that kind of loyalty, even in defense of their own business interests. If Id won that election, since some of those brewers wouldve been in/near my district, Id have probably begun setting it up already, much like the boycott of businesses associated with folks who voted against the HRO. Ultimately, Florida is run by corrupt, right-wing Republicans who, in most cases, shouldve never been elected; this is only because liberals are too kind and compassionate to actually compete. So they pull ridiculous bullshit like this, and the opposition lays down for them like feminists at a frat party, drunk on Bud Light or whatever. This dynamic also helps explain why the economy collapsed, and how we ended up in Iraq, lol...
