If Josephs brother understood the sovereignty of God, maybe they wouldnt have been so irritable with their little brother when he told them he dreamed he was going to rule over them! That really bothered them because they really didnt like him. So, they did the human thing. They got rid of him! Isnt that what we do? When we dont like someone who is annoying us, we get rid of them or at best ignore them! Yet, how many times has it turned out that that person has been Gods greatest tool to do a special work in our lives? That is Gods sovereignty! He does what He pleases, uses whome He wishes, and so moves in order that the very thing that irritates the fire out of you is the best thing for you. GO fIGURE!!!
