If Justice fails it leaves just us ( we the people) I appeal to those of you whites that are clamming not to be racist and deny that racism was not a factor in the Zimmerman case. Many of your views expressed since the verdict and throughout the case, subconsciously suggest that you very well may suffer from the sickness of racism. Ask yourselves, how is it that a deluge of whites conclude that Zimmerman reacted in self defense yet so many blacks think otherwise. It is cardinal that you muse over the facts that lead to the murdering of Martin instead of what occurred according to Zimmerman’s story. It appears negligible in the minds of most whites that Zimmerman escalated the situation by following Martin. How is it possible that we look at the same incident and there is such a vast difference? This fact that Zimmerman perused an innocent teen was spurned by the jury and spasmodic in the minds of many whites, why? Racism is taught, it’s not something that one is born with. It’s a sickness that is spread through miss-education, the white power structures and/or learned at home. This current division of many whites and blacks is a clear expression of the division in this country that many of you attempt to hide behind the facade of self defense. Racism! Does justice prevail when a seventeen year old boy is followed simply because of his skin color? I surmise Zimmerman thoughts were he is black therefore he must be about to commit a crime, even though there was noting suggesting that Travon was about to commit a crime. Zimmerman expressed this in his statements” they always get away” He had therefore already categorized Martin as one of the criminal, why? BECAUSE HE FIT THE RACIAL PROFILE! Do we not pay policemen to serve and protect? When did the state of Florida grant Zimmerman the authority to act as if he is an envoy or policeman? Fact, Zimmerman did not have the authority to stop Travon on probable cause because he is not a policeman. Fact, When one look into the root of the incident it was clearly provoked by Zimmerman following Martin. Had he chose to stand down Martin would not have been murdered. Zimmerman could have chose not to follow Martin; Zimmerman had that choice why did he not take it? Was he going to make an arrest? What was his motive? Fact, he could have stood down as requested. Why did he peruse? If he was the weak, frail man that the MMA so-called expert suggested why would he peruse this young black threat? And Zimmerman obviously considered Martin a threat because if he felt he was harmless he would have not perused. Was it because Zimmerman, the weak frail man had a concealed weapon? If Zimmerman was as frail and weak as the defense suggested could it be that he intended to use the weapon? How else would this weak man protect himself? Why would this so-called extremely weak man peruse a teen that was not guilty of anything but being what you deem as black? The neighborhood had been invaded by black men okay, so is it equally right to say that all whites are racist because many whites enslaved blacks? That’s absurd! Why then is it not equally wrong for Zimmerman to place Martin in to category of the men that had invaded the homes? “George Zimmerman if the teen would had been white would you have perused him?” Too many of you are looking at what occurred after Zimmerman confronted Martin. Why are you not looking at how this escalated? Why did he peruse Martin? Why did Zimmerman not turn away? He called in the description; therefore if a crime was committed thereafter they would have had a suspect. Why did Zimmerman not just drive by Martin in his truck and keep driving? From that he could had reported a clear description. But he had a gun and possibly a racist heart and it was that factor that fueled the pursuit. Zimmerman’s decision to peruse Martin as if he was law enforcement was the driving factor that provoked him to go on to appoint where the situation escalated to violence. Could it be a hate that he has for blacks that was the factor that resulted in Martian’s death? I contend that is very possible because Zimmerman was a neighborhood watch not law enforcement. You watch, not peruse and confront. When you have a system that promotes murdering the innocent then that system needs to be replaced by one that Clearly works. There are many innocent people in jail but there are many criminal that are walking around freely and George Zimmerman is one of the criminals that was freed by a mostly white jury. How can we get justice if we are doom from an unfair jury? Why not put two whites, two Hispanics and two blacks on the jury. This is not a justice system but a just us system. The KKK no longer dons white sheets they are in our juries, they are prosecutors, and they are throughout the court system. And any civilized people that peer through the window of truth and not racial injustice can only see that this death could had be avoided by Zimmerman not perusing Martin. Just because you have a right to do something does not make it the right thing to do. Unless whites and blacks coalesce on the facts justice will never be served in this matter.
