If Muslim brothers can protest against protection of Muslim personal law where religious leaders play important role in drafting ... why cant Hindu leaders and scholars be included in drafting Hindu Personal Law ? Well because nobody is rising up to make the claim to know, hence some Hindu specific laws in constitution are so much defined by communists... Look at Hindu marriage law for example, which is repeatedly tweaked n amended under pressure from Marxist feminist brigade...while other religions continue to have their freedom. Dont you think it was more apt if Hindu religious leaders or scholars played part in forming laws which are meant by name for Hindus specifically ?? Is it not time for Hindus to demand their own personal law to protect their identity from such laws imposed on them
