If Proposition 6 fails to pass, it will put lawmakers in a difficult position during the 2015 legislative session, forced to decide whether to spend the money themselves or wait for a water crisis to develop that will give them the political cover to spend state revenues. Such manipulators!!! Go back and do what you should have done in the first place -- but the water expenses in the general expenses! Cut spending elsewhere to make it the priority it should be... NO TO PROP 6! We can win this.
