If Tom Odongo, the NSSF managing trustee has been sacked without any valid reason other than being a Luo or having a resembling majority of CORD supporters, he must go to court with immediate effect and have this decision reversed. You cannot employ somebody in November and sack him in July, that is against natural justice. People have commitments, children in school, loans etc. When you haphazardly sack people, what happens to them and their loved ones? This is very bad indeed. Something similar happened to me and had not seen it coming and prepared adequately I could have suffered immensely.
