If and when you are a man, you must have three qualities: 1. Principles. Your principles belong not to you merely. They rather belong to an organisation to which you belong, and must be held and respected by you as a man, and a person. 2. Firmness. Being firm on a principle means being consistent and undying. It means being willing to defend the principles at all costs, with you life, mind and heart. Furthermore it means possessing a backbone, taking no bribes, making no meek deals with anyone, aligning yourself and subscribing not to ones though, but remaining disciplined, committed and resolute. 3. And Tactically accurate. When and if you uphold a principle, you must use methods and tactics that help you reach the ultimate goal of protecting principles of the organisation. You must be willing to stand the test of time, to receive slurs, names, labels, all sorts of anti you statements. You must therefore ready your mind, heart, and conscience....ready it to stay resilient to stay firm, not to say without taking advice or counsel from those who possess genuinity and firmness. You must ready your spine not to break. Most importantly you must not be pompous, populist, careerist, propagandist and any other negatively connoted ist. You must remain engageable, humble, calm, resolute, firm, respectful and your personal wisdom should seek in God the most desired counsel and wisdom. Izwe lethu!!!
