If anyone knows the location of Johnny Howard, please provide me or Debra Oman with this information. Were trying to Serve him court papers for the damages and back-rent for the house on Lester. He not only stole my safe with $10,000.00 in it, kicked me out of my own home right after Christmas. He hasnt paid any rent since I left in January and owes 6 months rent, plus the damages caused from destroying the entire home which is way over a couple grand; then the cost of lawyer fees. He ignored his summons to court and he needs to address these issues immediately.
