If matriarchal society in India will replace age-old patriarchal system, the matriarchal society will be then as exploitative as patriarchal society. While the terms male and female are biological without any possibility of changes in physical appearance in general, men and women who are social and psychological beings with exchange of ideas than physical terms must be equally powerful than neither saying ladys first in social life and competition with sympathy undermining womans power nor showing feminist identity as counter-attack to men. Give respect and take respect which is a simple equation for genders including the third gender to co-exist in society than other beliefs, ideologies, perceptions, rumour and stereotypes can only establish equality in society replacing patriarchal society.
