If the Libyan are to go forward, they must move as a trained and loyal army willing to sacrifice for the good of common discipline, because without such discipline no progress is made, no leadership become effective. They are, I know, ready and willing to submit their lives and property to such discipline, because it makes possible a leadership which aims at the larger good. This I propose to offer, pledging that the larger purpose will bind upon them as sacred obligation with unity of the duty hitherto evoke only in time of armed strife. With this pledge taken, I assume unhesitatingly the leadership of this great army of Libyan people dedicated to disciplined attack upon their common problems. All it needed a man with the courage like General Khalifa Hifter to carry it through. He knows the Libyan military (the nation) that are great are the ones that have something in the way of side arms. He knows that without an Army and Police they will never be able to find room for his growing insecurity. That fellow General has defended Libya for all these years and during the revolution of 17th of Feb. 2011.I have said wow, each time ever since I met him in 16 years that he was by far greatest Guy I had ever met, and there has never been a day since then that I have changed. He has done more his country than any man ever did for one in a like time. He is a kind officer, a fair-minded and do not use a whip but still get thing done things done for the general good.
