If this is what black people were doing on the fourth, and every fourth after that until the year of 1865, which means black people were still doing this 89 years after the Independence of the very country they were still slaves in.... How can you celebrate it Today if it Historically has nothing to do with You, or your Ancestors? The 4th of July is not the day your ancestors were considered Independent. So whose Independence are you really celebrating? ......Think on it.
